It might take us up to two days to dispatch your order once the order is confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, deliveries are completed within 4-5 business days.
      We will keep sending you the details of the order on your registered phone number and email.
    • My product is not delivered yet. The number given by the courier partner is not reachable. How do contact them?
      We sincerely apologise in case your order is delayed. Please reach out to us with your registered phone/email and order number and we will escalate this matter to gateway partners.
    • Is the delivery safe if ordered online?
      We ship our jewellery through highly trusted carriers, so the risk and concern regarding the security and safety of the product are covered in all aspects. Moreover, all our shipments are fully insured.
    • Do you ship your products to all countries?
      No, we ship our products only in India.
    • Can the delivery be sooner? Can you do something for a speedy delivery?
      Most of our orders are air-shipped but still if you need to have fast shipping, let us know we will try our best to dispatch the order as early as possible.
